NUMBER SYSTEM

The total numbers of digits used in a number system is called its base. Different Number System is common use, some number system are discussed below.

There are 4 number system.

BINARY NUMBER SYSTEM

A number system having two numeric’s. i.e. having a base of two(2) and utilizes 1 and 0 as its digits (0, 1).

OCTAL NUMBER SYSTEM

Describes a number system with a base of 8 (eight digits) (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).

DECIMAL NUMBER SYSTEM

Describes as a number system with a base of 10 (ten) (i.e) (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).

HEXADECIMAL NUMBER SYSTEM

Describe an alpha-Numeric number system with a base of sixteen (16 digits) (i.e) (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F).
